Dog-gone reality TV. They get us hooked every time. The latest celeb on everyone’s radar? Ben Flajnik, of ABC’s “The Bachelor”. Ben won our hearts when his marriage proposal to Ashley, previous “Bachelorette”, was rejected. Now he’s back on this season of “The Bachelor”, looking for love.
What’s Ben’s Chinese Animal sign? Here’s a clue: woof.
Born in 1982, Ben is a year-of-the-Dog native. While he may be sweet and polite on the outside, he might have a hard time really trusting people enough to show his true colors. Only his closest friends and family members really know who he is (a fact he admitted on the show), and it takes more than a pretty face to crawl into his heart and curl up for a nap.
Dogs have keen senses; they know immediately if they like someone or not. And good luck changing their minds once it’s made up! In order to find love, Ben needs to know that his partner is going to be loyal, fair, trusting, loving, and strong. (He could be prone to those moody tendencies if he’s a typical Dog, so she also better be sensitive).
What are the things that are important to Ben? Dogs need to know that when they pair up, they do so for life. He’s not in this for a good time – he wants a soul mate who he can rely on and share his life with.
A bright and optimistic Horse would suit him well, or maybe a bold and outgoing Tiger. We don’t know enough about the girls on the show to make any comparisons yet, but stay tuned. We want to see this pup find a happy home.
