   Ok, so even though Rabbit looooves the finer things in life, you should probably set up an automatic savings plan if you don’t have one already. This will ensure that, even if you splurge, you’ll still be putting away some cash in the coming months.

Tuesday February 21 is a new Moon in the compassionate and psychic Water sign Pisces. Moon, Sun, Mercury, and Neptune are all in watery Pisces so people are far  more sensitive and intuition is heightened. Now is a time of inspiration, unique creativity, and allowing your imagination to fly free.

This new Moon starts the month of the Water Hare. Kind, artistic Water Hare loves peace, and adds a gentle flow to this powerful Water Dragon year. Anticipate ups and downs in a Dragon year, but keep evolving and ride the Dragon.

We were all saddened to hear the news of Whitney Houston’s passing. The 48-year-old singer was a pop star legend – and her legacy will surely live on in the hearts of music lovers everywhere. While the cause of her death is still being investigated, many are pointing to drugs as the possible culprit. We’re not here to point fingers or give our opinion – we just want to take a moment to look back at her life and say goodbye.

Whitney was born on August 9, 1963. Born in the year of the Water Rabbit, she seemed to have inherited many Rabbit traits: she was classy, refined, sensitive, beautiful, and put-together.

Right around Valentine’s Day, we all start thinking about love. Love is gentle. Love is kind. (Or sometimes love is downright mean when it pulls the rug out from under you!) Anyway, you get the idea. We’re all focused on it – whether it’s expressing our sentiments to a spouse or sharing a special day with our kids.

But did you know that his Chinese Element has a lot to do with how he loves you? Yep. Whether he’s Water, Wood, Earth, Metal, or Fire, he’s got his own signature style. Here are the deets on each one:

But before we go barreling into Dragon year, it’s fun to take a look back at the last Year of the Water Dragon we had in 1952 – some pretty crazy stuff happened.

For starters, The Greatest Show on Earth was one of the year’s top three movies. Queen Elizabeth took the throne. The birth control pill was invented. It’s no coincidence all these things happened in Dragon year. Revolution is Dragon’s middle name!
