Dan Marino is an
American Hall of Fame quarterback who played for the Miami Dolphins in the
National Football League. The last quarterback of the Quarterback Class of 1983
to be taken in the first round, Marino became one of the most prolific
quarterbacks in league history, holding or having held almost every major NFL
passing record. Despite never being on a Super Bowl-winning team, he is
recognized as one of the greatest quarterbacks in American football history.
Remembered particularly for having a quick release and a powerful arm, Marino
drove the Dolphins into the playoffs on numerous occasions.
Born September 15,
1961 his primary personality traits are represented by the Chinese Zodiac
elemental animal sign, the Metal Ox. The Ox combines the qualities (steady,
composed and tenacious) of the tortoise in the fabled race with the hare and
the legendary Hercules, strength of mind and body, solid throughout. He is
capable of tackling the toughest projects. He continues on towards his goals
regardless of the difficulty of the obstacles put in your path, and he never
loses focus. Combining Metal with Ox yields one determined person and one of
the strongest signs. He can be like Atlas and carry the weight of the world on
those strong Ox shoulders or the bulldozer that knocks down every obstacle. At
his worst he can be extremely stubborn and insensitive. He is probably not
exactly a diplomat and will have more than his fair share of personality
conflicts. On the positive side, his tenacity and sense of responsibility is
unmatched.
