Renee Kathleen Zellweger was born on April 25, 1969 in Katy, Texas, USA. She is the daughter of European parents: her father is Swiss and her mother Norwegian. Zellweger was a cheerleader during her study in Katy High School. Then, she entered the University of Texas at Austin and majored in English. By the time Renee graduated from college (in 1991), she decided to pursue a career in acting. Her first film role was a high school senior in 1993's Dazed and Confused. With a height of 5 feet 5 inches (165 cm), Renee Zellweger never gave up her dream to be in the limelight. Hard work pays off. The starring role in The Whole Wide World won her praise at the 1996 Sundance Film Festival. Cameron Crowe was so impressed with Renee’s work in this movie that he knew Zellweger would be the perfect choice to play the girlfriend of sports agent in Jerry Maguire. The film earned her many awards and a lot of recognition, including a Screen Actor's Guild Nomination for Best Supporting Actress, as well as being named Entertainment Weekly's Best New Movie Actress. Renee also landed the title role in the film Bridget Jones' Diary, beating out popular British actresses to play the role of a single British woman in her 30s.
Renee Zellweger is an Earth Rooster. When she speaks, she gives a frank and honest report. Acute expressiveness is the feature of both her words and her non-verbal communication. Zellweger probably has a wry sense of humor, meaning she has a clever and often ironically or grimly humorous quality. She tends to go about her work in the most efficient manner, aided by her keen eye for detail. At work or play enthusiasm characterizes Renee’s attitude, and it’s infectious. She exhibits the same zest when bragging about herself while criticizing others. In other words, she could be a show off. Too often Renee is insensitive, bossy and tactless. Sensitivity training was designed with the Rooster in mind. The best partner for her is someone she can truly respect, both for looks and abilities. The Earth person’s approach to life’s challenges is not unlike that of the tortoise in the fabled race with the hare. Methodically and inexorably Renee Zellweger marches towards her goals. Furthermore, she exhibits a great deal of common sense and practicality along the way. Renee realistically approaches daily life thinking about what needs to be done and the best way to do it. She tends to be industrious and hard working, the nose to the grindstone type who more often than not is very responsible and known at work for her reliability. These qualities together make her a valued member of any group.
